The part that baffled my was the premium store issue I mentioned above one might well assume that the money all goes into the same pot. Without the need to register a new and start again from scratch. I understand that for reasons of latency that you would have regional servers but I would have thought that one account could be easily enough be replicated or atleast synchronised between all servers so that you could switch between them at will depending upon where you were located or relocated for that matter. Aparently I have an inactive NA account with the same email address and password.
Funny you mention that and up until the last couple of days I was not aware that there was a segregation between servers ( being new to the game and all ) until I unbeknown I purchased a premium ship from the premium online shop ( the wrong one I now know ) and raised an support ticket trying to find out why my new ship was not appearing in the game.
